Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a program that includes weekly private group workouts and community support. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

"I joined FIT4BABY during my first trimester of my most recent pregnancy. I was looking for a way to move my body, but more than that, I was searching for community. From the first class I attended, I knew I had found the group I had been searching for.

Dana, the instructor and also one of the owners, was warm and welcoming, and honestly, the reason I came back the following week. The other future moms were so kind, and because we were all pregnant, it was very easy to connect. It’s awesome to show up every week knowing I’ll be surrounded by other moms and future moms going through exactly what I was experiencing. Every week, we would laugh, chat, sweat, and sometimes cry.

March will be 1 year since I joined FIT4BABY, and I can truly say with tears in my eyes that these moms have become my best friends. We now have meet-ups with our babies and attend other Fit4Mom classes and events. It is such a joy to support each other during this hectic stage of life. Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach.
