Body Well

Learn about our 8-week wellness program designed specifically for moms. Body Well empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

What is included during the 8 weeks?

  • Two dedicated private group workouts a week plus guidance on additional intentional movement designed to feel good and fit your life.
  • Nutritional guidance that is centered around whole foods and habits that work for real mom life. Recipes that both you and your family will enjoy!
  • Customizable goal setting - allowing you to set your own goals and create a plan that works for YOU
  • 1-1 coaching with your Body Well coach that will be with you ever step of the way. Encouraging you with individual check ins AND group support and motivation. From hydration reminders to stress support, Body Well gives you space to focus on your well-being without guilt.
  • Community. You'll be surrounded by a group of moms who get it - cheering you on, checking in, and showing up together through the highs and lows.

Liz [my coach] made me feel capable. I was early postpartum at the beginning of the challenge and dealt with sickness/husband travel throughout and she’d meet me where I was every week, offering words of encouragement and a listening ear every week!

My favorite part of the Body Well program was the community, I met so many new moms during Body Well and it really cemented what an incredible community FIT4MOM is, especially as a first time mom.

My main goal was to get back into a fitness routine and increase my workouts/daily movement over the 8 weeks. I achieved my goal and it showed through in my fitness challenge results. I proud to say I’ve continued with my daily movement since Body Well ended and I’m feeling so much better physically and mentally.

[Body Well is] Empowering!

My coach made me feel supported and motivated! What makes this program so great, is we are all moms. We all get it and how not every single day is going to look perfect or can be even close to it. My coach helped set myself up with realistic expectations for diet and exercise that are doable and still body and mind changing that I can continue on with.

I have done the body well program twice now and can easily say my favorite part is the community it builds. You are with the same group of women throughout the 8 weeks and you grow a stronger connection to each mom. We are encouraging one another - it is not a competition - but don't worry if that is your thing your coach will definitely add in some of that for you - we all want one another to succeed and we help each other. From sharing recipes, to protein powder, to workout gear, to maybe just an encouraging word on a hard day - the other moms make the 8 weeks fly by and the physical benefits are a great cherry on top!

I have done [Body Well] now in two very different stages of motherhood and I would encourage any mom to do it in both! From freshly postpartum to almost a year out - I gained so much from each session! I know we all want the physical change - and you will see that - but the mental one is a big piece of this puzzle and your coach will help incorporate both in the 8 weeks. Body well gives you 2 workouts a week of uninterrupted time for YOU! The workouts push you harder than a stroller class, you will get stronger! And having to write down everything you eat definitely forces a shift. If you are a mom wanting a lifestyle change that feels doable and REAL - I would just try it out!

I loved the workouts and nutrition aspect but also loved the community I built from this program. We had such a great group and I feel like they are friendships that will continue outside of Body Well. We got together to hike as a group and every mom chipped in to support one another.

Liz was an incredible coach. She constantly made me feel supported. She truly cared about each one of us and making this program as successful as possible to reach our own individual goals.

My goal was to practice mindful eating, limit snacking and choose foods/routine that support my mental well-being. I was able to stick with my meal plan for the 8 weeks and created healthy habits that have become a part of my daily routine. Was also able to feel so much better physically and mentally in this postpartum phase of life!

[If I were talking to another Mom considering Body Well] I would tell her to sign up! I was hesitant to sign up, was thinking I didn't need it, but was very wrong! This program helps you feel better physically and mentally and has left me with tools to be successful in sticking with my goals going forward.
